2月1日，APEC“中國年”首場正式活動——APEC第一次高官會及相關會議，在廣州拉開帷幕。千余名禪風室內設計代表齊聚羊城，共商一起配合年夜計。
選擇遊艇設計廣州，是因為千年商都的歷史。一部2200多年的廣州建城史，就是一部互市史、開放史。從秦代的揚帆破冰，到清代的“一口互市”，再到1957年創辦、已走過近70載的廣交會……廣州是現代海上絲綢之路發祥地之一、中國獨一從未向世界關閉過的對外互市港口。
選擇廣州，是因為廣州改造開放培養的當下。廣州地區生產總值由1978年的43.09億元進步到2025年的3.20萬億元。2025年，廣州商品進出口總值超1.2萬億元，在穗投資世界500強企業增至368家，駐穗領館、國際友城、國際友愛港分別增至70家、111個和60個。
